Nelsons in promotions drive
Law firm Nelsons has appointed Jenny Kinman as director. The East Midlands firm has also made four promotions across its Derby, Leicester and Nottingham offices.
Kinman, who leads the employment law team in Derby, will now become a director. She is a tribunal advocate who specialises in unfair and constructive dismissals, redundancy and all forms of discrimination.
Two solicitors in the firm's dispute resolution team in Nottingham, Heather Stanford and Karen Sandhu, have been promoted to associates of the firm. Also promoted to associate are Lee Edwards and Matthew Olner. Edwards is a property litigation and insolvency specialist based at Derby, while Olner is a medical negligence lawyer working from the Leicester office.
Nelson has 30 directors and 199 staff across the three offices.
