Mazars adds to corporate finance team
The Birmingham office of accountancy firm Mazars has appointed Nick Johnson as partner in its corporate finance team.
Johnson has 20 years' experience in the corporate finance market covering acquisitions, disposals, buyouts, capital raising and restructuring.
He led the corporate finance arm of Deloitte in the Midlands for several years and most recently ran a boutique advisory business, Atticus.
Johnson said: "Atticus has been a success on many levels and great fun but Mazars provides a fantastic platform in the UK and overseas to maximise opportunities.
"I am impressed by Mazars development in the Midlands and the strength of their integrated international partnership. I was greatly attracted to their culture and values."
