Pensons Chambers up for sale

Oswestry bar and restaurant 35 Pensons Chambers has been put on the market. The three-storey premises in Willow Street has a guide price of £350,000.

The Grade-II listed building comprises 6,997 sq ft and includes car parking space.

Liverpool-based property agent Edward Symmons is marketing the property.

The agent said: "Pensons Chambers comprises a Grade-II listed, mid-terraced property dating from the 19th century. Arranged over basement, ground and two upper floors, the property was originally constructed as a town house and later became the home of the North and South Wales Bank and prior to its current use, it was the Oswestry Conservative Club for a period of approximately 30 years."
