DTZ cleans up warehouse deal
Midland Cleaning Supplies has signed a lease on a unit in Gravelly Industrial Park in Birmingham. The cleaning company has taken a unit on the 80-acre park in a deal brokered by the Birmingham office of property agent DTZ.
Acting on behalf of Standard Life Investments, DTZ agreed the letting of Unit 73 Gravelly Industrial Park to the company.
The company has taken 2,350 sq ft of industrial and warehouse space on the estate.
Tim Cleverley of Midland Cleaning Supplies, said: “We have experienced sustained growth in the last few years, largely due to our online business and required new premises to support our expansion plans.”
DTZ and GBR Phoenix Beard are joint agents at Gravelly Industrial Park. The park comprises 76 units across 80 acres of land.
