Four promoted at FBC Manby Bowdler
West Midlands’ law firm FBC Manby Bowdler has promoted four solicitors to an associate role.
Among the appointments is Gareth Ruddock, a member of the firm’s litigation department. He specialises in all aspects of commercial litigation and advises on property disputes and insolvency law.
Sara Morton, who works in the family department, has also been promoted. She has experience in family cases including divorce, linked financial matters and disputes regarding children, as well as cohabitation matters.
Commercial property team member Alison Sargent has also been made an associate of the firm. She specialises in all aspects of planning matters and advises private individuals, professional contacts and land developers on a regular basis.
Douglas Godwin, who works in FBC Manby Bowdler’s agricultural and rural services team, is the final employee to be promoted to associate level. He works across a wide range of agricultural and commercial property related matters.
The firm has offices across the West Midlands in locations including Shropshire, Telford and Wolverhampton.
