DHL agrees Sherwood Park deal
Logistics company DHL has signed a deal to take a unit in Sherwood Park, Nottingham. DHL will move into the Lakeview development as part of an agreement completed by East Midlands property agent Innes England and NG Nattrass Giles.
DHL has moved into more than 11,250 sq ft comprising the majority of the ground floor of the ‘Como’ building.
Several teams currently based in several smaller facilities located around the country will be brought together within the building.
Innes England director Chris Sinclair acted on behalf of Highbridge. He said: “I am delighted that we were able to agree terms and to conclude a transaction with DHL. The location benefits greatly from its strategic location immediately adjacent to junction 27 of the M1 motorway.”
