VTI launches Leicestershire franchise

Veterinary Thermal Imaging (VTI) is opening its latest franchise in the East Midlands. It will cover Leicestershire, Derbyshire and Rutland.

Cathryn Last will lead the practice, which opens in Leicestershire later this month.

VTI offers tools for diagnosing, monitoring and treating injury, illness and disease.

Last said the system is “a valuable extension” to diagnostic tools such as x-rays, MRI scans and ultrasound. The service is available to vets, other animal professionals and the owners of horses, dogs, cats, livestock, zoo and marine species.

She said: “I believe VTI is an exciting area to be working in for both diagnostics and treatment management programmes. As the knowledge and use of thermography grows amongst owners, vets and physiotherapists, so too does the demand for well trained, professional thermographers and we are already finding this in the Midlands.”
