Automotive parts distributor Andrew Page has agreed a ten-year lease on a unit in the Great Western Business Park in Worcester. The park, owned by Birmingham-based developer St Modwen, has now let 15 of its 18 units.

Andrew Page signed a deal on a 6,435 sq ft unit at the 23-acre park.

Julie Rossiter, senior asset manager for St Modwen, said: “Throughout 2010 we saw a succession of deals completed at Great Western Business Park and St Modwen is delighted to be welcoming Andrew Page to this growing community of businesses.

"This letting is testament to not only the benefits offered by the park itself, but also to Worcester’s growing status as a location that offers considerable advantages to today’s businesses.”

Andrew Page has been distributing automotive parts throughout the UK for 65 years, with 53 distribution centres in the UK.
