Sound move for AudioSpares

AudioSpares, a supplier of audio and studio equipment, has moved from Nottingham to Derby. The company has taken a seven-year lease on the Stoney Cross Industrial Estate.

FHP and DWW were the joint agents on the deal.

AudioSpares said the move into the 4,468 sq ft unit will mean it can expand its product range.

Kev Parker, of AudioSpares, said: “AudioSpares are excited to have completed this move. The new premises help resolve a number of space and logistical problems for the company, and provides us an ideal base for further growth.”

Jonathan Sayer, surveyor at FHP who negotiated the letting, said: “This letting to AudioSpares is particularly pleasing. The high quality modern unit is fitted very well for their requirements given the nature of their products the extensive mezzanine store will be well utilised by AudioSpares."
