Director trio promoted at Catalyst
Corporate finance firm Catalyst has appointed three new directors. Jeremy Harrison, Richard Holden and Simon Peacock have all been promoted to the role at the Birmingham-based firm.
Harrison, who joined Catalyst six years ago, has worked on deals including the growth capital fund raising for Foster + Partners, the sale of Zenos to Melorio and more recently the MBOs of AIM Aviation and EMCAS.
Holden joined Catalyst’s London office in 2006 and has more than ten years’ experience in corporate finance in the UK and France.
Following his move to Catalyst from United Biscuits, Peacock took on the role of head of Catalyst’s international food and drink sector team. He worked on deals include the sales of Salads to Go and Redmill Snacks.
