Rogers joins NMC
Nottingham-based North Midland Construction (NMC) has appointed David Rogers as a non-executive director. Rogers joins the civil engineering and building company from Tods Murray solicitors in Edinburgh.
Rogers is a commercial litigation lawyer specialising in the construction and engineering industry. He is currently a partner with Tods Murray solicitors and heads up the firm’s construction team.
Robert Moyle, chairman and chief executive of NMC, said: “I am extremely pleased that David is joining us as a non-executive director. He will bring significant additional expertise to the board because of his substantial experience in the construction industry and this will be greatly welcomed.”
