Drpgroup snaps up MS Internet
Drpgroup, based in Worcestershire, has acquired Birmingham digital media specialist MS Internet. The move happened after the two teams worked together on several projects over the last 12 months, said drpgroup.
Drpgroup specialises in events management, communication strategy and web design.
The extended digital team will be headed up by drpgroup’s director of digital media Ben Wallace.
He said: “The acquisition will allow us to extensively grow our existing range of digital products including website development, social media, mobile phone apps and interactive solutions. Both teams are extremely excited about the future and I feel sure we will integrate quickly.”
Most of the new team has relocated into a purpose built 5,000 sq ft digital production and design facility based in the drpgroup’s Midlands head office.
The remainder of the team will be based in drpgroup’s London, Covent Garden facility.
