Travel Management Group snaps up neighbour
The corporate travel arm of Stratford-upon-Avon-based Complete World Travel has been rescued after the company entered administration. Travel Management Group, based in Leamington Spa, bought the division in a bid to develop the UK corporate travel side of its business.
George Dick, non-executive director of Travel Management Group (TMG), said: “We are always on the look out to acquire businesses which will fit in with ours and enable us to grow.
“We are delighted with this acquisition and see it as an opportunity to develop our business further. We are now contacting all of the clients of the corporate travel arm of Complete World Travel to let them know that Travel Management Group will be looking after them in the future.”
TMG is made up of five divisions – corporate, events, leisure, sport and venues.
Before the buyout, the company employed 60 people across three locations.
