Jadu in Leicester HQ move
Jadu is to house its headquarters at Merus Court on the Meridian Business Park in Leicester after renting a 8,153 sq ft property at the site. Innes England acted on behalf of Wilson Bowden Developments as part of the deal.
Innes England said it was the largest letting in the final phase of of Meridian Business Park.
The specialist software company said it took the site as it needed a site with good access for employees and customers.
Richard Friend, global business manager of Jadu, said: “Merus Court is the ideal location for Jadu’s global headquarters, which we have now named ‘Universe House’. We needed a significant amount of space but good access for our employees and customers, which this building had.”
Merus Court comprises 11 self-contained office buildings. Only one floor in a building and all of another unit remains.
