Greenzone moves base
Greenzone Facilities Management is to relocate after outgrowing its current offices, it has said. The Newark-based business secured financial support from the Royal Bank of Scotland to purchase new offices in Brunel Drive, Newark.
The company said a growing order book of local and national companies meant it has outgrown its current premises and this was the reason behind the relocation.
Pat McConnell, director of Greenzone Facilities Management, said: "Delivering quality solutions in an efficient, professional and environmentally friendly manner has enabled Greenzone to expand rapidly and grow its client base. The rapid growth of the business made us realise we needed to invest further in the company and move to new premises."
Greenzone works with sister company McConnells Electrical Company to provide specialist recycling and waste management services to the retail, commercial and banking sectors. Greenzone employs 26 people and the expansion may create a number of new jobs at the company, it said.
