Swallow leaves Knight Frank
Mark Swallow has parted company with the Birmingham office of Knight Frank after 16 years with the business.
Swallow has led the Birmingham office since 1999. Ashley Hudson has taken over at the helm, the company said.
Hudson, who has been a partner with the firm since 2003, will combine his new role with his existing responsibilities in charge of the investment agency team.
Knight Frank said of Swallow: "Having set up the Newcastle office of Knight Frank and leading the Birmingham office since 1999, Mark has been responsible for establishing the team as a key part of Knight Frank’s global operation and launching the student accommodation service line."
