Lifestyle Living acquires again
Lincolnshire holiday and residential park owner Lifestyle Living Group has acquired Little Eden Country Park in Bridlington. The site was bought for £700,000.
Lifestyle Living Group purchased seven holiday and residential parks in 2010. Little Eden, which is the company’s first purchase of 2011, comprises 50 holiday and residential log cabin homes.
The company was bought from former owner GT.
Lifestyle Living Group chairman Tony Barney said: “This is a beautiful location and popular holiday destination, and we will be investing further into the development to help maintain and build upon its five star appeal.
“We are rapidly building one of the finest park home portfolios in the UK and are in the process of finalising two more deals in the coming months.”
The deal has secured the jobs of the two full-time employees at Little Eden Country Park and a number of other casual staff. This is the company’s second Yorkshire based park, with it also owning the Yorkshire Dales Park in Leyburn, as well as 13 other country parks across the UK.
DLA Piper in Leeds advised Lifestyle Living Group on the deal.
