Nottingham property agent Fisher Hargreaves Proctor (FHP) has been appointed alongside Colliers as joint agent at Pegasus Business Park. The pair will work to secure new occupiers at the park, which is a venture by East Midlands Airport and commercial property business MAG Developments.

The 60-acre business park is located within the East Midlands Airport complex. It currently provides more than 225,000 sq ft of office accommodation, with existing occupiers including Regus, PricewaterhouseCoopers and E.On.

The whole site also has outline planning consent for business park use – with about 25 acres available for office development.

The park is also the location of a new £22m Radisson Blu hotel, which is due to open later this year.

Richard Roberts, surveyor at Colliers International, said: “With a location central to the three cities of Derby, Leicester and Nottingham, we envisage Pegasus Business Park as a future hotspot for office and distribution accommodation due to its close proximity to the M1 and East Midlands Parkway train station – all in addition to air services.”
