JP Dillon markets care homes scheme
Property consultant JP Dillon has been appointed to market a site in Bromsgrove town centre for redevelopment as a care village. The 2.3-acre site on the corner of Recreation Road and Market Street is being marketed for a residential scheme suitable for retirement living.
The site comprises mainly vacant and derelict commercial buildings. It is adjacent to a community health centre and sits opposite Bromsgrove’s Asda supermarket.
John Dillon, managing director of Bromsgrove-based JP Dillon, said: “It is really exciting to be part of Bromsgrove town centre’s redevelopment strategy.
"We are delighted to be involved with one of the first sites to come to market, which will mean that a number of high profile developers and investors will start to look at in and around the Bromsgrove area, which will in turn have a positive impact on local businesses and residents.”
