Time is running out to book your table for Insider’s prestigious East Midlands Dealmakers Dinner 2011, being held on 5 May at the East Midlands Conference Centre, Nottingham. This year, our annual celebration of the region’s dealmaking community, will be compered by stand-up comedian Dominic Holland.
The latest figures from the Centre for Management Buy-Out Research (CMBOR) reveal that deals completed in the East Midlands in 2010 nearly doubled from the previous year - a sign that confidence is returning to the market.
We have seen a strong recovery in deals more than £500m and the fact that nearly 25 per cent of deals are above £100m is a good sign. Our awards this year will celebrate the return of these deals.
Last year was a sell-out and tickets are selling out fast.
Table reservations will be held for ten days pending payment and will be booked on a first come first served basis.
