Grace promoted at Savills
Property adviser Savills has promoted Nick Grace to director in its Nottingham office.
Grace, who leads the Nottingham planning team, joined the company’s Fletcher Gate office in 2002. He was promoted to associate in 2004 and to associate director in 2006.
He is the only Savills professional to be promoted to director this year in the planning discipline.
Grace has worked on projects including securing planning permission for a new urban extension in Gainsborough for 2,500 new homes and a new Aquatic Centre in Luton.
