L&A Capital offers cash for occupiers
A Nottingham developer letting two office schemes is offering a £10,000 holiday to anyone who introduces an occupier.
L&A Capital is offering the chance to win a holiday to a destination of the winner’s choice for introducing an occupier to Aspire27 or The Quadrant.
Paul Landa, sales and marketing director for L&A Capital, said: “We are always looking for innovative ways in which to promote our property portfolio. Holidays are regularly used as incentives and prizes but not for introducing occupiers of property.
"We think that offering a top quality holiday to anyone introducing an occupier to either of these two superior office buildings offers real synergy with our property and is an ideal reward, especially after the long winter we have all had to endure.”
Joint agents marketing the Aspire27 scheme are Savills and Lambert Smith Hampton. The joint agents marketing The Quadrant development are Savills and Innes England.
The Quadrant, located in Beeston, comprises more than 18,000 sq ft of grade A office space.
Aspire27 has about 17,000 sq ft of space at the Sherwood Business Park.
