HayssenSandiacre agrees HQ deal

HayssenSandiacre has agreed to a new ten-year lease at its UK headquarters on Lilac Grove in Beeston. The company, which manufactures packaging machines, was jointly advised by FHP in Nottingham and Colliers International in the USA.

HayssenSandiacre was created in 2006 as a joint venture between Hayssen, based in Greenville, North Carolina; and Sandiacre Packaging Machinery, founded in Nottingham in 1969. it has operations in North America, the UK, Europe and Latin America.

The agents at FHP said that HayssenSandiacre had “explored various relocation options” before deciding to remain at Lilac Grove.

Adam Wilson, of FHP, said: “I am delighted that after months of negotiations with the landlord, Commercial Estates Group, the matter has now been completed to the satisfaction of all parties. I hope that Simon and his 110 strong workforce enjoy continued success at their home in Beeston.”
