Book now for Insider’s Sustainable Workplace Breakfast
Time is running out to book your place at Insider’s latest event. ‘The Sustainable Workplace’ breakfast will take place from 7.30am until 9am on Thursday 31 March at the City Gate Toll House Hill, Nottingham, with a panel including Mike Taylor, director of regeneration at Nottingham Regeneration Limited, and Mark Bielby, development director at Miller Birch, which is building the new E.ON offices in Nottingham city centre.
Taking a green approach can also give businesses a competitive advantage and even help attract the best staff. A recent survey by law firm Eversheds, showed that two-thirds of employees said that their working environment had a significant influence on whether or not they'd accept a job.
Our panel will discuss the benefits of green fit-outs and look at new and previous examples of environmentally-friendly refurbishments around the region, as well as examining the case for refurbs against new build schemes.
Do green offices really attract and keep the best staff, is that a myth, and will the planners and developers of the near-future take this on board when new space becomes available? Our panel will aim to find out.
To book your place at this free event, please register your interest as soon as possible. If you have been successful you will receive a confirmation email one week prior to the event.
