Dealmakers in at Catalyst
Catalyst Corporate Finance has recruited a further two dealmakers to its Birmingham office. Paul Vanstone has been appointed by the corporate financier as a director and Florent Gacon joins the firm from Ernst & Young.
The latest recruitment drive is a continuation of the firm’s announcement last month when two new appointments were revealed.
Vanstone has worked for Arbuthnot Securities where he was based in corporate finance advising high growth companies, most recently as a consultant to the government on the Automotive Assistance Programme.
Gacon trained at accountancy firm Ernst & Young where he spent four years post qualification in the working capital department.
