Final Green Street houses hit the market

The last nine houses at Blueprint's Green Street development in Nottingham are to be released for sale on 4 March, it has been revealed. The agent behind the "eco development" said it is open to receive any registrations of interest from now.

The £8m scheme is a mixture of 38 three-bed and four-bed contemporary town houses next to the Victoria Gardens on the Trent Embankment. The properties were designed by Nottingham architects' firm Marsh Grochowski.

The homes are priced from £170,000 to £235,000 and are being sold nationally by Savills in Nottingham and Royston and Lund in West Bridgford.

John Long, from Blueprint, said: “It is early days, but experience at Green Street shows people want to buy these types of houses off-plan, and with our next development, we’re hoping to offer the option of bespoke design and layout for each house buyer.”
