Trio joins Barker Ross
Recruitment agency Barker Ross has made three appointments to its construction and civil engineering team. The recruits join the company, which has offices in Nottingham, Leicester and Lincoln, from the construction and commercial property sectors.
Operations director Antony Rowe joins the consultancy after five years with recruitment company Michael Page. Rowe opened Michael Page Property and Construction Recruitment for the Midlands in 2006 and most recently was responsible for the construction division throughout the UK.
Barker Ross has also appointed former building surveyor Jim Langford, as a consultant for its maintenance division.
His experience of surveying includes the control of building works on projects for organisations such as local authorities, the NHS and housing associations.
Barker Ross – which has also recruited Hannah Shaw to provide office support to the growing construction team – has in the past three months taken on six senior members of staff all with a construction related background.
