Time is running out to book your table for the East Midlands Dealmakers Dinner. This year’s gala event celebrating the region's dealmaking community will be held at the East Midlands Conference Centre on Thursday 5 May. Book your table now, or nominate a fellow professional for the awards.
The evening will be compered by stand-up comedian Dominic Holland.
The latest figures from the Centre for Management Buy-Out Research (CMBOR) show that deals completed in the East Midlands in 2010 nearly doubled from the previous year - a sign that confidence is returning to the market.
There has been a strong recovery in deals over £500m and the fact that nearly 25 per cent of deals are above £100m is a good sign. Our awards this year will celebrate the return of these deals.
