Suzie Blue moves into Old Dalby
Property investor Highcross has let a unit at its Melton Mowbray business park to wholesale jewellery business Suzie Blue. The jeweller has signed a lease on 4,000 sq ft of space in the Old Dalby Business Park.
The company, which imports fashion and silver jewellery, bags and accessories from Bali, Java and India, has taken the unit on a three-year lease.
The premises provide a combination of showroom, office space and storage within the Old Dalby Business Park.
Previously based in Lincolnshire, the company mainly sells to retailers through trade fairs and the website. The move to Old Dalby will aim to allow customers to visit the company’s on-site showroom.
Highcross asset manager Joe Curlet said: “The unit taken by Suzie Blue Jewellery was originally the fire station for the park and has been fully modernised to provide showroom and office facilities. The park’s location is close to several major urban areas and this and the range of accommodation available continue to be key factors in attracting companies to locate here.”
The agent for Old Dalby Business Park is Andrew and Ashwell.
