Law firm HBJ Gateley Wareing has made three appointments to its Birmingham office. Among these are Clive Scott-Green and Catrice Pendleton-Hart, who join as IT director and business development director respectively.

The two will help strengthen the firm's business support services and contribute to the firm's strategic direction, said the law firm.

Senior partner Michael Ward said: "The strengthening of our business support teams is a key part of our strategy going forward to drive our national reach while displaying the depth of our expertise and our passion for local service delivery.

"This involves keeping clients at the heart of the way we conduct our business and both Catrice and Clive are going to bring expert knowledge and skills about the sectors in which we operate to the firm and place an even stronger emphasis on client care."

The law firm has also appointed Ruth Heaton as an associate to its banking and finance division.

Heaton specialises in real estate finance and corporate banking. She has experience in acquisition finance, PFI and project finance and asset based lending as well as putting together financial packages for social housing providers and public bodies.
