CMS Engineering moves into Central City
Property fund manager Highcross has let a 1,394 sq ft unit at its Central City industrial estate in Coventry. CMS Engineering, which specialises in industrial pipe work, will take the property on a five-year lease.
The company provides workshop-based and site fabrication and welding, as well as a complete design and installation service.
Following the letting, the 20-acre estate only has one 2,341 sq ft unit available.
Highcross’ asset manager Helen Barker said: “The estate continues to be very popular with companies looking for light industrial and warehouse accommodation and at present is 99 per cent occupied, following this latest letting to CMS Engineering and the completion of lease renewals with existing occupiers Weblight and Rico Logistics.”
