Nelsons grows with Trees
Property disputes and insolvency specialist Simon Trees has joined the Derby office of law firm Nelsons. Trees takes on the role of director and will work alongside Simon Waterfield to build up the firm’s property disputes resolution practice.
Trees specialises in providing advice on commercial rent and service charge recovery, repair claims, the exercise of break options, as well as possession proceedings, distraint and forfeiture.
Chief executive of Nelsons, Tim Hastings, said: “A well regarded dispute resolution specialist across both property and insolvency fields, Simon is a welcome addition to the team. We are, of course, delighted he has chosen to further his career here at Nelsons.”
Trees was previously head of litigation services at Else Solicitors, working across the firm’s Birmingham and Burton offices.
