Garwyn moves into Latham House
Specialist liability adjuster Garwyn has taken the second and third floors at Latham House in Birmingham. Garwyn agreed a ten-year lease with owner Hortons’ Estate.
The company agreed terms on accommodation totalling 7,862 sq ft. Latham House will now be the firm’s flagship operation. Garwyn said the move gives it a “prominent position in the UK’s second largest insurance market”.
Nick Patterson, commercial director for Garwyn, said: “Latham House gives us the scope to bring our complete range of services under one roof with the flexibility to expand as our business grows.”
Garwyn was advised by Savills, and Hortons’ Estate was represented by King Sturge.
