TCS John Huxley bets on Festival Park
Casino and gaming equipment supplier TCS John Huxley has acquired premises in Stoke-on-Trent after securing funding from The Co-operative Bank. The Festival Park site was bought following a £2.4m funding deal with the bank.
As well as logistics, warehousing, sales and administration functions of the business, the Stoke-on-Trent site is also home to the TCS John Huxley European Technical Service and Support Centre.
The site is the headquarters for all European technical support and features a 5,000 sq ft repair centre.
The funding for the acquisition of the premises was provided by the Oxford Corporate Banking Centre (CBC) of The Co-operative Bank.
Steve Bateman, senior business development manager at the Oxford CBC, said: “TCS John Huxley had leased its premises in Stoke since 2003 and we were delighted to provide the funding for the business to secure full ownership of its properties.
"The success of TCS John Huxley assisted by our funding has allowed it to acquire its existing premises in Festival Park and also acquire and to secure another nearby unit for possible expansion in the longer term.”
