Trio in at Topaz Business Park
Three companies have agreed leases at Maximus’ newly completed Topaz Business Park in Bromsgrove. Among the deals agreed with Worcester-based developer Maximus is a ten-year lease taken by actuary Barnett Waddingham.
Barnett Waddingham has taken more than 10,000 sq ft at Topaz 2. The premises, which represent the largest single unit on the development, will become one of seven offices for the firm.
Specialist surgical instrument supplier Mercian Surgical Supply has acquired the freehold of Topaz 10, comprising 5,130 sq ft of office space.
Previously based in Quinton, the company chose to relocate its head office to the business park.
The most recent letting to Talisman Recruitment, brings the total of space now acquired to almost 50 per cent. The firm has taken on 2,785 sq ft of high quality office space on a five- year lease, relocating from nearby Stoke Prior.
