Whitaker joins Rothera Dowson
Nottingham law firm Rothera Dowson has appointed a new recoveries manager to head up the firm’s debt recovery team. Michael Whitaker will take on the role having worked in similar positions at both Fraser Browne and Browne Jacobsone.
Whitaker will offer legal advice on commercial and consumer debt recovery, credit control, landlord possession and rent recovery actions.
He has 15 years’ experience, having previously worked at East Midlands-based law firms Fraser Brown and Browne Jacobson.

Michael joins the team at Rothera Dowson’s city centre offices in Nottingham’s Lace Market. The firm also has offices in Beeston, Mapperley, West Bridgford and Wollaton.
