Bovis Homes snaps up St George's Park
Property developer Pritchard Group has sold St George’s Park in Stafford to Bovis Homes. Bovis Homes, which has its central region office in Warwickshire, will build 250 homes on the site.
Pritchard, which is based in Stafford, previously purchased the site from regional development agency Advantage West Midlands (AWM).
About 250 new homes will now be built on the site. The developer said the existing St George’s building will also be restored under the development plans.
Bovis, which is headquartered in Kent, has set a three to five-year timeframe to complete work on the site.
The housing group has already begun construction work, and said that the partnership with Pritchard would “deliver much needed and sought after homes into Stafford”.
The St George’s Park development was sold for an undisclosed fee.
