Applied Planning launches in Birmingham
Two Birmingham property experts have launched a planning consultancy in the city. Paul Instone and Paul Spivey have set up Applied Planning, which is to deliver town planning guidance to clients across the country.
The practice is located at 1 Victoria Square in Birmingham. Prior to the launch of the new consultancy, Spivey held the post of director and head of the planning teams at the Birmingham offices of Chesterton, Scott Wilson and White Young Green (WYG).
Instone has worked for a number of consultancies, and most recently was responsible for Sainsbury’s development programme in the West Midlands whilst at Turley Associates.
The pair said in a statement: “Based on our experience in delivering solutions to both private and public sector clients we aim to provide a professional and cost effective service which will be responsive to client’s needs.”
