Blueprint set to release more Green Street homes
The third and final phase of Blueprint’s £8m Green Street development in The Meadows is about to be released for sale to the public. The development includes 38 homes all designed by Nottingham-based architect, Marsh Grochowski.
The first two phases of the eco scheme sold out three months before the first home was completed. The development is a mixture of three and four-bed contemporary town houses,
Val Shakespeare, residential sales manager at local selling agents Royston & Lund in West Bridgford, said: “This project has proved immensely popular and while we always expected a high level of enquiries initially due to the specification and location of this development, demand has far exceeded our expectations. Blueprint has struck a chord with progressive purchasers.
“It is exciting to be involved in such a ground breaking project and see potential buyers so genuinely enthusiastic.”
Features in each of the homes include solar photovoltaic supplemented electricity, whole-house heat recovery and ‘super’ insulation.
