Bank of Ireland to fund Notts care home
A 78-bed care home is set to be built in Nottingham with the provision of development funding from the Bank of Ireland. The care home will comprise nursing, dementia and residential units.
The property will be developed by Prestige Leisure (North East), which is based Stockton-on-Tees. The company is currently developing a range of similar care home projects across the country.
Pat Tierney, relationship director in the Healthcare Division at Bank of Ireland in Manchester, said: “This is the first time Bank of Ireland has worked with Prestige Leisure (North East), and we are delighted to be backing the business in their new development. The Prestige group has a strong outlook and we look forward to a long-term partnership with the team.”
The sum of the investment made by the Bank of Ireland was not disclosed.
