Property agents DTZ and North Rae Sanders have been instructed by Coventry City Council as the joint agents for 7 Binley Business Village. Part of the popular Binley Business Park development in Coventry, the site comprises a two-storey detached building with 19,560 sq ft of open plan office accommodation.

The building, which was constructed in 2003, has parking for 107 vehicles.

Councillor Linda Bigham, cabinet member for City Development, said: "Coventry has a proud history of attracting large companies to relocate in the area, and I am sure that this building will attract plenty of interest. It is in a prime location and practically ready to occupy."

Andrew Berry, Senior Surveyor, Office agency at DTZ in Birmingham, said: “Binley Business Park continues to attract a high calibre of occupiers due its combination of grade A accommodation and accessible location. Unit 7 is very well designed, offering flexible accommodation and we are quoting a rent of £14.00 per sq ft per annum which represents great value in the current market.”

Binley Business Park tenants include HSBC, Coventry Building Society, Jewson and Orbit Housing Association.
