Monk Road renewals secured
Property consultant Innes England has secured six lease renewals at the Monk Road Industrial Estate in Alfreton, Nottingham. The deals were agreed on behalf of Nottingham-based developer Blueprint.
All six leases, of undisclosed tenants, have been extended for a further three years.
James Scholter, of Innes England, said: “The commitment by the current tenants is fantastic news for Blueprint and for the estate in general.
“Although there are a couple of units still available on the estate, it continues to have a high occupancy rate. This is partly due to its fantastic location just off the A38 close to Junction 28 of the M1 Motorway.”
The Monk Road industrial estate is owned by property developer and investor Blueprint. Tenants include engineering firms, automotive companies and repair workshops.
Innes England said that the eighth unit of the scheme will soon undergo a huge refurbishment programme. The unit will comprise a ground floor area of 10,809 sq ft, with additional first floor office accommodation. Unit 15 is available to let now upon terms to be agreed.
