Corby Enterprise Centre signs up two
Two companies have agreed leases on units in Corby Enterprise Centre, taking the total number of businesses at the centre to eight. Real estate consultant Altus Edwin Hill and recruitment consultant Merritt and Baker have both signed up to the town’s new £8.3m hub.
Construction of the Enterprise Centre was completed in November and the building has since been furnished by Corby Borough Council. The centre is being run on behalf of the council by Angle Management.
Sheridan Baker, of Merritt and Baker, said: “High Quality flexible serviced offices were simply not available within Corby until the CEC launched. We have been awaiting the release of these offices for over a year and have turned down multiple offers to relocate. We are more than happy with the results in terms of facilities and cost.”
