New chairman for IoD Lincolnshire
The Institute of Directors (IoD) in Lincolnshire has appointed a new chairman. Solicitor Annette Wood will take over the role from James Pinchbeck, of Streets Accountants.
Wood is a partner at Andrew and Co Solicitors, which has offices in Newark and Lincoln.
She said: “The IoD Lincolnshire branch is very active with key players from a whole range of businesses. Our focus will continue to be supporting members and providing knowledgeable input into discussions about development of the local economy.”
Wood will be introduced into the role at the IoD Lincolnshire branch annual meeting and lunch at The Bentley Hotel in Lincoln on 14 January.
Graeme Leach, the IoD’s chief economist and director of policy, will be one of the speakers at the lunch event. He will be joined by local businessman Paul Barron, who was formerly chief executive of National Air Traffic Services (NATS).
Cameron Ford, of the Newark-based Right Recruitment Group, becomes vice-chairman of the IoD Lincolnshire branch.
