Double letting at Robin Hood Industrial Estate

Share | |

Joint agents FHP and Lambert Smith Hampton have let two units at Robin Hood Industrial Estate in Nottingham. Acting on behalf of commercial property investor Willowbrite, the agents have secured deals with Docherty’s Chimneys and Colorset UVI.

Docherty’s Chimneys has expanded its existing occupation on the estate by taking a further 3,770 sq ft to satisfy demand for storage space.

Colorset UVI, a graphic design and display company based in Mansfield, has opened its new Nottingham base on the estate.

Mark Tomlinson, surveyor at FHP, said: “It is very encouraging that we have achieved both of these lettings in such a short space of time. This comes as no surprise as we received good demand for these units from day one and we will continue to work with the Landlords managing agents to keep the rental voids on the estate to a minimum.

“There is undoubtedly still a lot of nervousness in the market at the moment but these deals illustrate that there is high quality stock available and opportunities for local companies to take advantage of competitive terms available at this time.”
