DRP Group expands with jobs creation
Worcestershire-based DRP Group has announced it will create 12 roles within the business after celebrating its 30th anniversary year. The communications and events management company said the new roles were required after “considerable growth, investment and development of the business” in 2010.
The DRP video team will recruit new video producers and directors, and the digital media team will take on a senior web developer, graphic designers and a presentation designer/operator. A recruitment drive has also begun for senior level event management staff within the company.
The new positions are in addition to the 19 full-time and 17 part-time staff members which the company recruited in 2010.
DRP Group said that it “will easily exceed the same number of new team members this year”.
DRP Group managing director Dale Parmenter said: “Our people are key to everything we do, and it is vital that we keep bringing in the new talent we need to help our business to grow.
“I’m delighted that we’ve been able to continue creating jobs, even during the difficult economic times of the past few years, and I look forward to welcoming more people to our team this year.”
