Industrial estate to generate 200 jobs
Up to 200 jobs could be created at Meteor Park industrial estate in Birmingham, according to the business appointed to market the site.
The jobs will be created once two large warehouse units have been let out to tenants at the park, said the Birmingham office of Cushman & Wakefield.
Property agents DTZ and Knight Frank are also marketing the scheme.
Meteor Park is a new industrial/warehouse scheme situated in Argyle Street. It comprises four units, two of which have been already let to Fourstar Employment and Skills and PHS Datasafe.
The two remaining units are of 58,609 sq ft and 115,067 sq ft. Both include an industrial/warehouse and office area.
Meteor Park is owned by commercial property investment and development company SEGRO.
