Maxwell signs up for Insider event
Well-known Midlands entrepreneur Angela Maxwell, OBE, will be one the panellists at Insider’s Business of Education event, to be staged at The Great Hall at the University of Birmingham on 28 January. Maxwell is a director of strategic consultancy business Acuwomen as well as being an advisory board member at Birmingham Business School. Dr Tim Dafforn, a business development manager at the University of Birmingham, will also be on our panel.
This Question Time style event is a platform to discuss how academia and the business community are working together at the moment and to look at ways in which the relationship can be strengthened for the good of the regional economy.
Issues likely to be discussed at our event include consultancy services, research and development, grants and courses, the worth of MBAs and workplace learning.
