All seven deals were agreed on three-year terms.

MPCG and health technology organisation Health2Works have both leased three-desk suites. Insolvency practitioner Dunion & Co has moved into a four-desk suite, whilst solar systems installer Ecomo has leased a two-desk suite. Fabric specialist Textile Solutions has taken two suites totalling four desks.

IT support company Millennium Business Services has also leased two suites totalling 13 desks, whilst Phones 4U has taken three suites covering 30 desks in 2,226 sq ft.

Richard Suart is the regional property manager at Whittle Jones, joint agents acting on behalf of Northern Trust.

He said: “We are delighted to announce the latest seven lettings at Genesis Centre. Being able to attract high profile companies together with new and smaller businesses to Genesis Centre is important for the economic growth of the Staffordshire area. The high specification, location and friendly business atmosphere offers companies the surroundings to grow their business.”

Northern Trust has worked in partnership with Stoke-on-Trent City Council, North Staffordshire Regeneration Partnership and Advantage West Midlands (AWM) to complete the development.
