Notts scheme completed ahead of schedule
Bramall Construction has completed a housing development in Nottingham three months ahead of schedule.
The scheme, a joint partnership between Bramall Construction and Nottingham City Homes, involved building eight energy efficient homes.
The project was made possible by a funding package from the Homes and Communities Agency.
The eight properties were built as part of the first council house building programme in Nottingham for more than 20 years.
Chris Langstaff, chief executive of Nottingham City Homes, said: “These new properties have been built to be highly energy efficient, providing affordable living and accommodation fit for a family."
Two other sites in Bilborough and Bulwell are scheduled to complete in the coming months.
